Acceptable use policy

A short policy describing the kinds of activity that are not allowed on AvisTickets.

Prohibited behavior

  • Using the platform for fraud, impersonation, spam, phishing, or deceptive ticket sales.
  • Uploading unsafe, unlawful, infringing, or misleading event content.
  • Interfering with check-in, QR validation, rate limits, payment flows, or account security controls.

Mailbox and messaging use

  • Connected Gmail or Microsoft mailboxes must be used only with delegated consent from the mailbox owner.
  • Reminder, invite, and ticket-email features must not be used for abusive bulk email or irrelevant marketing.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend users, revoke mailbox connections, limit sending, or block access when activity violates this policy or introduces platform risk.
